The Ancient Art of Tea
Tea is an herbal infusion that has been practised for many centuries, in Japan, and China, and around the world, it is an ancient ritual and very befitting of our modern day to turn to teas to keep us hydrated, relaxed and calm. The teas we stock at Creative Chakra Spa are medicinal in nature in that they are pure loose leaf herbs and we have included the medicinal benefits from drinking these herbal preparations, unlike store wrapped tea, our tea is fragrant and fresh to the sight, smell and taste.

Creative Chakra has added a "Tea Room" which is actually a part of the reception area that features
various herbal teas freshly brewed. Or you can take your tea out the back patio to enjoy a little peace and quiet
or my favorite, take your cup with you and enjoy a short walk up to the beach and watch the sunset -lovely.
I treated a small group of friends to a mini-spa day and the owner include the tea as an extra for our group. It
was the perfect ending to our various foot soaks, scrubs, sauna and massage.
