Cara Dahl has studied the Art of Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has researched and practiced the Bragg Healthy Lifestyle for the past 10 years. As an IFBB PRO Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant, she has engaged in Natural Hygiene extensively and completed the Mastery of Transformational Training. Being featured in magazines such as Oxygen, Ironman, her goal is to reach the masses with a Mother Nature based theory and style of living.
