Angela Pashayan - guest class on Friday August 1st - pre-register please
Guest Speaker & Yoga Instructor
Angela's workshops encourage an inner pathway to the Self, taking responsibility for shaping your state of mind each day. This introspective approach leads students to understand the fullness of yoga and the 5000 year old philosophies that are a part of it. Her goal is to help students in their understanding that yoga is a physical practice as well as a mental, emotional & spiritual practice to achieve liberation/peace.
Angela began her practice in 2003 and as she puts it in her upcoming book, Bhakti Chose Me. In 2005 her teacher moved from the area - It was the best thing that ever happened because it allowed me to develop my own personal style. This style can be adapted to every individual, allowing you to grow in your home practice to supplement your studio practice.
